To accommodate your working hours, the VTC is open Monday through Saturday.

Monday – Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Wednesday 9:00 am to 8:00 pm
Saturday 9:00 am to 2 pm

If you experience medical discomfort related to your treatment at the VTC, please call (212) 249-6117. Your call will be answered promptly.

Payment for treatment is required at the time of service. Cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are accepted. Upon payment, you will be given a receipt that includes all of the necessary information for your insurance carrier.

Insurance coverage varies according to a patient’s carrier and medical diagnosis. Treatment of a cosmetic nature is not covered by insurance. We will work with your insurance carrier for major surgical procedures whenever possible.
