Exercise

Exercise is the single most important factor in the promotion of leg vein health. Through three 20-minute sessions of exercise a week you can strengthen the muscles of the calf (second heart) and improve circulation in your leg veins.

Sample activities include:

-Ballroom Dancing
-Tai Chi
